Shipping & payment conditions

We ship with DHL if possible - or by arrangement with Hermes

The postage is determined by weight - you can find a summary of the weight in your shopping cart before completing the order)

* The shop has not yet been completely converted, there may be small deviations

The shipping costs also include packaging, logistics and fees

It can be collected in order to save postage costs

We pack safely and thoroughly - napkins are packed in foil, envelopes and cardboard boxes are well glued - for the sake of the environment, we always try to use used but still good material

We always try to ship as quickly as possible - we usually need 1-3 working days - but sometimes there may be small delays due to the bulk - we ask for your understanding - if it is very urgent, we ask for a brief information

Delivery times (from the date of dispatch): within Germany 1-10 days - depending on the shipping method - EU and world is very different - unfortunately even more so due to Corona

Corona: shipping to some countries is more difficult - as there are big differences and things are constantly changing, please contact us in advance
